Demetree Fraley

Demetree Fraley is a marketing manager and has been with Verizon for over 20 years. She has a range of experience in the telecommunications industry and is known for her success in driving sales, operations, and marketing initiatives. Demetree is responsible for overseeing experiential marketing for the military, first responders, nurses, teachers, and students in her current role. She is also the Next Steps Coordinator at the Free Chapel Orange County campus, inspiring people to live for Jesus and assisting them with their next steps.

Demetree has served on several non-profit boards and has received many awards for team collaboration and core value initiatives. She has served as a certified John Maxwell Leadership coach for over six years and leverages this training to support her corporate teams and community organizations. Demetree thrives on solving the most complex business problems, bringing to life positive experiences, leading team development, and spearheading diversity and inclusion initiatives. She is often the most diverse voice in a room; she believes in authentic and servant leadership. She is committed to mentoring others on the importance of becoming the best version of themselves.

Demetree's philanthropic efforts support children, single mothers, widows, families of those incarcerated, and those experiencing a need due to traumatic circumstances. One of her mantras is "Do Good Anyway" Her favorite scripture is Ephesians 3:20, ...Exceedingly Abundantly Above All...

Demetree earned her bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Marketing. She is a wife, a mom, a caregiver, a friend, a community leader, and a devout Christian. She lives in Irvine, California, and can be often found in Georgia and considers herself bi-coastal; she loves good food, the 60's to the '90s, jazz and worship music, mission work, and spending quality time with family and friends.
